These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through tsjdd.com, including use of our online store, checkout, products, delivery services, returns, customer support, and related ecommerce functions.

The TSJDD™ store is owned and operated by Dongguan Wei Di Network Technology Co., Ltd. By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the policies published on the website. If you do not agree, please do not use the store or submit an order.

2. Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction.
The information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
The purchase is lawful in your location.
The delivery and billing information is sufficient to process the order.
Any required parental or guardian permission has been obtained.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, dimensions, materials, features, variations, and availability.

Product colors and finishes may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays. Minor visual differences do not automatically indicate a defect or material misdescription. Statutory rights concerning products that are defective, incorrect, or materially different remain unaffected.

4. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. We may update specifications, change variants, limit quantities, discontinue products, or remove unavailable items without advance notice.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you regarding cancellation, replacement, or a refund for the affected item.

5. Prices, Currency, and Checkout

Prices and available promotions may change. The applicable order amount is generally the total shown at checkout when payment is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

If your bank or payment account uses another currency, your card issuer or payment provider may apply exchange rates, conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or international processing charges. These third-party charges are outside our control.

If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Order Changes and Cancellation

To request a change to a product, quantity, variant, or delivery address, contact service@tsjdd.com promptly with your order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing, or shipment has started.

Cancellation requests should also be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be available. An eligible return may be requested after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Payment

Payment methods available for a particular order are displayed during checkout. Availability may depend on location, currency, payment provider, card issuer, and transaction eligibility.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can proceed. Payments may be declined because of incorrect details, insufficient funds, issuer restrictions, billing mismatches, security checks, or international transaction limitations.

Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout. Never send complete card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, or online banking credentials to service@tsjdd.com.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders generally require 2–5 business days for review, preparation, packing, and fulfillment before dispatch. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment. Estimated carrier transit times after dispatch are:

United States: 8–14 business days
Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia: 10–16 business days
Other supported international destinations: 14–21 business days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier congestion, customs checks, weather, public holidays, transportation interruptions, remote-area delivery, or incorrect address information may cause delays.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will generally be sent after dispatch. Carrier systems may require approximately 1–3 business days before the first tracking event appears.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-country fees. Unless expressly collected at checkout, such charges are generally the recipient’s responsibility. Customs processing may also affect delivery time.

10. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the Return and Refund Policy.

For a standard return, products should generally be:

Unused and unworn
In original condition
Free from customer-caused damage or alteration
Complete with applicable parts and accessories
Accompanied by proof of purchase or an identifiable order

Contact service@tsjdd.com before sending anything back. Do not send products to the published business address unless we provide written instructions, as the authorized return location may be different.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise. For confirmed defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially non-conforming products attributable to us, we will provide an appropriate remedy under our policies and applicable law.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. After we confirm that a refund has been processed, please allow up to approximately 10 business days for the payment provider or bank to display it. If more than 15 business days have passed after our confirmation, contact service@tsjdd.com.

Where a direct exchange is unavailable, we may handle the request through a return-and-reorder process.

11. Damaged, Incorrect, Missing, or Delayed Orders

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may request the order number, product photographs, packaging photographs, and shipping-label photographs.

An order may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. Check all shipment information before reporting an item as missing.

If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found, check the delivery area, mailbox, parcel locker, reception desk, household members, and carrier details. If the package remains unavailable, contact us for review.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, non-collection, or incomplete customs requirements, any refund, reshipment, or additional shipping arrangement will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

TSJDD™ branding, logos, product photographs, descriptions, graphics, layouts, and other website content may be owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Dongguan Wei Di Network Technology Co., Ltd. or the relevant rights holder.

Unless authorized or permitted by law, you may not reproduce protected content commercially, misuse our branding, create misleading copies, or use website materials to impersonate TSJDD™.

13. Reviews and Customer Submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it.

Submissions must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, harmful, infringing, malicious, or designed to disclose another person’s private information. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable requirements.

14. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Our store may use independent providers for payment processing, hosting, ecommerce infrastructure, fulfillment, delivery, analytics, customer support, and fraud prevention.

Third-party providers may maintain their own terms and privacy practices. When you interact directly with an external service, that provider’s policies may apply.

15. Website Use and Availability

You may not use tsjdd.com to conduct unlawful activity, commit fraud, interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, harvest information unlawfully, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate another person, or disrupt normal store operations.

We aim to maintain reasonable website access, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues, network outages, security events, or third-party failures. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

16. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its functions are provided on an available basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always operate without interruption or error.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dongguan Wei Di Network Technology Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable where liability may legally be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties, consumer guarantees, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

We may experience delays or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, public-health events, carrier disruption, labor disputes, utility failures, and telecommunications outages.

Mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.

18. Consumer Rights

These Terms do not remove or reduce mandatory consumer protections. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide rights concerning product conformity, defective goods, repairs, replacements, refunds, cancellation, withdrawal, delivery, or other protections.

Where mandatory law provides stronger rights than these Terms, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.

Consumers in the European Union may have additional statutory rights for eligible distance purchases, which may include a 14-day right of withdrawal subject to legal conditions and exclusions.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Dongguan Wei Di Network Technology Co., Ltd. in the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country or region.

Where legally permitted, disputes concerning the operation of the business may be submitted to a competent court in China. This provision does not remove rights or jurisdiction that cannot legally be waived.

20. Updates and General Provisions
